Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were amazing, especially with the cozy kitchenette, but they were very small and cramped for two people. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate us. The location was superb, close to all activities, but I might explore other options next time.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with some ups and downs. The location is excellent, right at the bottom of the mountain and close to free gondolas, offering a convenient setting. The staff, while friendly and helpful, had some miscommunication about policies and capacities, which caused minor inconveniences. The dining options were disappointing, lacking in quality and variety, especially for the price paid. On the positive side, the rooms were decent but could have been more spacious and better laid out, offering an average level of comfort.
The hotel rooms were spacious enough to fit kids on roll-away beds, but the early morning staff could be noisy. Our room, located at 2:30 am right on the corner of the street, had a front-facing balcony, although the view was nothing special. The service was very helpful and cooperative, with fabulous staff, although there was an incident where my daughters were asked to remove their shorts to swim. The location was highly recommended for the 70.3 Ironman event, convenient for feeding our kid, but it was noted that most restaurants in the area are closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Facilities were modern and convenient, providing dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, ski pass vendor, and ski equipment hire.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious but a bit outdated with some cracks in the tub and tiles, showing the age of the property. The service was friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. The location was ideal for skiing, but it was crowded and lacked inclusive parking. The dining options were varied and delicious, providing a nice touch to my stay.
My stay at the hotel was interesting. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed like a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, but it was a bit unsettling to find that we could hear noises from the neighboring room. However, the morning surprise at 8:00 a.m. was not ideal, and I wish there was more storage for skiing gear for two people.
My stay at the hotel was unexpectedly wonderful. The rooms, despite a minor leak issue, turned out to be far more gorgeous than I had anticipated. The view overlooking the pool area was fantastic, and the room itself was nice, clean, and a good size. Moreover, the breakfast provided was very good, adding to the overall positive experience. However, there were some inconveniences that affected our stay.
